　　【NOXA20/吡罗昔康】NSAID类，抗炎镇痛。起效快，饭后服用。副作用主要是胃肠道。适合关节肿痛明显者。

　　　　【秋水仙碱】传统痛风急性发作药，抑制中性粒细胞。腹泻是常见副作用。发病24小时内使用效果好。

　　【选择建议】单关节肿痛明显首选NSAID（NOXA20）；多个关节或发作早期可用秋水仙碱。

　　【注意】两者不要同时大剂量合用。降尿酸药（别嘌醇）在缓解期使用。

English Translation

NOXA20 (Piroxicam) and Colchicine are common gout acute attack medications with different characteristics.

NOXA20/Piroxicam: An NSAID with rapid anti-inflammatory analgesia. Take after meals. Side effects mainly gastrointestinal. Best for prominent joint swelling and pain.

Colchicine: Traditional gout acute medication that inhibits neutrophils. Diarrhea is common. Most effective when used within 24 hours of onset.

Selection: NSAID (NOXA20) is preferred for single-joint swelling and pain. Colchicine may be used for multiple joints or early attacks.

Note: Do not combine high doses of both. Uric acid-lowering drugs (allopurinol) are used during remission.
